Through this letter, we do like to inform you that AMI Doduco GmbH has taken comprehensive measures to ensure compliance with the REACH directive. An internal working group has been formed and suppliers have been involved.

Up to now, we have not identified any product which could be negatively impacted or even could become obsolete through the implementation of REACH. Inline with the “Pre-registration list from ECHA (issued in Oct 2008)” every substance in our contact materials has been pre-registered. Our contact materials contain no substances which are listed in the so called “candidate list” as issued in Jan 2010. We review the “candidate list” on a regular basis, in order to ensure continued conformance.

The transfer of the use and exposition scenarios from you to our suppliers will be organized from us, once the procedure has been fully clarified.
