as required by our customers in the automotive industry. Our quality

Modern
quality planing tools like FMEA guarantee reliable manufacturing
processes. Comprehensive tests with the most modern testing
equipment are used for in-process and outgoing inspections.
Computer controlled 2D and 3D measuring devices support the
monitoring of the manufacturing processes.
Our
laboratories have the most sophisticated testing equipment.
We also test raw materials, precious metal alloys and electroplating
baths with atomic absorption spectrometry, x-ray fluorescence
analysis, inductively couple plasma and other studies. Contact
materials and carrier materials are tested for their electrical,
mechanical and physical properties such as hardness, tensile
strength, resistance to alternating bending, conductivity,
and contact resistance. We perform microsection examination
to check microstructure and layer thickness. Inspection with
a scanning electron microscope and microprobe guarantees that
the contact surfaces are perfectly clean. Bondable surfaces
are inspected by means of wire bonding devices and pull testers.
