EXPORT, PENNSYLVANIA -AMI DODUCO has expanded its silver powder production capability at its facility in Pforzheim, Germany.
Silver powder is a versatile material used in a variety of applications including electrical contacts, conductive polymers, electronics, and dental technology. Customers are increasingly requiring silver powder that is engineered to their specific needs. Customized powder is sold to a variety of markets, including the conductive adhesive market that is growing due to increased demand for lead-free and low-temperature interconnection devices.
As a recognized and certified (ISO 9001) manufacturer of precious metal products, AMI DODUCO is a leading producer of a wide variety of powders and preparations based on silver, as well as gold and platinum. In order to support the growing demand for customized silver powder, AMI DODUCO has installed production equipment that increases its capacity and reduces unit costs. In addition, new flexible dosage and control technology enables the production of powder according to customer specifications for grain size and density. Grain shape and chemical surface coating can also be varied through specific processes.
