PFORZHEIM, Germany -- AMI DODUCO announced that its facilities in Sinsheim, Germany and Madrid, Spain have achieved registration for the International Automotive Standard ISO/TS 16949. Issued by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF), this standard currently defines the requirements for state-of-the-art quality management systems specifically for automotive industry suppliers.

At the Madrid facility, about half the production volume is devoted to contact rivets for automotive relays and switches.
